Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part Time)

What you'll do:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies that produces a continuous, highly qualified pipeline of professionals within the technology industry.
Execute all facets of recruiting process from sourcing through to offer negotiation
Lead, plan and participate in events to meet candidates such as networking groups, industry conferences, etc.
Run our Graduate Recruitment and Intern Programs, including all coordination and full life-cycle recruitment for intern and entry-level roles
Develop and cultivate relationships with external campus stakeholders (professors, faculty, professional associations, student organizations) at strategic targeted universities.
Maintain metrics on the success of the programmes and and recommend adjustments as needed.
Support and drive events within social and community spaces. Integrate with the local tech community to help Clarabridge gain visibility as a great employer and great place to work
Help establish the recruiting department as an innovator and showcase Clarabridge's unique culture by implementing internal and external communications using a variety of media. Communications programs may include advertising, internal communications, company meetings and recruiting events and public relations initiatives.
Manage vendor relation for job boards and other recruiting sources
Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidate records; create and run weekly tracking reports
Create job descriptions and place advertisements
Take on an array of special projects that advance the mission of our Talent and Culture Team
About you:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others both inside and outside of the organization
Outgoing, confident, and approachable person with a passion for developing others
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
At least one year of recruiting experience in a start up environment
Ability to travel to strategic targeted universities as required
You are self-motivated and self-managed, able to think independently but not afraid to ask questions, creative, resourceful, and extremely execution-oriented
You are a high achiever with the desire to grow in your career

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
